The house is situated on the port promenade of Rogoznica. Everything your heart desires is within walking distance. Only 10m separate you from the beach and the typical Dalmatian flair. Whether you want to enjoy fresh bread and traditional pastries and a delicious ice cream or simply want to buy some groceries - everything is only a few meters away. In the evenings, numerous bars, cafés and restaurants invite you to linger and on some weekends you can end the evening with live music and dancing. For all those who prefer to cook their own meals in the evening, the weekly market with fresh fruit, vegetables and fish offers a large selection of regional products. With its 40 sqm on two floors the house offers enough space for 2 persons.

Although the house is very centrally located, it is in a rather quiet residential area. On the ground floor you will find the kitchen with a comfortable seating area and the bathroom. On the 1st floor there is a bedroom equipped with a double bed and a small pull-out couch. A balcony is directly connected to this room.
