The apartment is located on the first floor of the villa. It has the largest balcony of the villa, which extends over the entire width of the house. The balcony is half sheltered. So you can sit in the shade or in the sun, depending on your preference (and weather). The balcony offers a wonderful, elevated view on the sea as well as on our bay.
The apartment consists of a large living room with attached kitchen (& bar). In the living room there is also a very comfortable sofa bed (very high quality, for best sleep) for another guest or two small children.
The apartment has one separate bedroom. From the bedroom as well as from the living room you can reach the terrace.
A modern, completely new built bathroom with a spacious shower completes this.
